BIERGARTEN guests will be able to sample many of the best micro and craft beers available. A complimentary tasting glass and German-inspired snack is included as well as the opportunity to watch celebrity chef and author Ian Knauer as he prepares delicious beer-infused food for tasting and provides tips on how to include farm-fresh ingredients - and beer - in your own cooking. Ian's recently published book, The Farm: Rustic Recipes for a Year of Incredible Food will be available for purchase.

Ian's preliminary menu includes Stout Cake, Wheat Beer Chicken with Orange and Coriander and other surprises with a common ingredient - beer!!

The Zany Oompah Band will perform waltzes, polkas & drinking songs. .

Visitors are encouraged to bring a food donation for the Westport Farmers Market food drive to benefit the Gillespie Center of Homes with Hope. Proceeds benefit local non-profit organizations and the WDMA's downtown beautification efforts.
